BMW AG in an auction process regarding the sale of all shares in Noord Lease BV

We have advised BMW in an auction process regarding the sale of all shares in Noord Lease B.V. to a potential buyer. On 30 June 2014, BMW (as seller) and Noordlease Holding B.V., a company incorporated by management of Noord Lease B.V., NOM and NIBC (as buyer) signed a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the capital of Noord Lease B.V. BMW has previously acquired the shares in Noord Lease B.V. as part of the acquisition of the car lease business of ING in 2011 (a transaction on which we advised BMW as well).
